Titans and Predators NFL/NHL double header Saturday

Typically the Titans and the Predators schedules don't overlap in Nashville, but when the NFL post season comes into play, it happens.  Such is the case this Saturday, January 10th, when the Titans play the Ravens at LP Field at 3:30 followed by the Predators vs Blackhawks at 7:30pm at the Sommet Center.  The Predators moved the opening face-off back a half hour.

I have tickets to both events.  I remember the last time this happened. I think it was December 1998.  The Tennessee Oilers faced the Vikings at Vanderbilt Stadium in the afternoon.  It was icy and cold.  Then the Predators played that evening.  I went to both and it was, frankly, an overload of sports stimulation, and beer.  At the end of the day, I felt like I'd played in both.

So this time, I'm going to see my Predators Tuesday and Thursday (Sidney Crosby comes to town) and the Titans playoff game on Saturday.  I'm an old man with small children. I don't have the game for the day/night NFL/NHL double header anymore.
